• Directly from you when you create an account, subscribe, configure automations, contact support, or participate in communities.

• Automatically when you access the Platform (cookies, logs, analytics).

• From third parties where you authorise integrations (e.g., betting operator account linkage) or via payment processors that confirm transaction status.

Section 5

Use of Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and operate the Platform and Services (including automations and calculators) and fulfil your requests.

• Secure our systems, prevent fraud/abuse and enforce our Terms.

• Respond to enquiries and provide service/security notifications.

• Improve the Platform (analytics, debugging, product development).

• Manage subscriptions, renewals and payments.

• Send marketing updates about features and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

• Comply with laws, respond to lawful requests and protect our rights.

Section 6

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance and understand usage patterns. Your browser may allow you to block cookies, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

Section 7

Overseas disclosures: our service providers and infrastructure may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients protect information consistently with the APPs.

Section 8

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy (and any compatible purposes), to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We may de-identify or aggregate data for analytics.

Section 9

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should take steps such as using strong passwords and enabling device security.
